The newly refurbished Penstock Tunnel will officially reopen on Thursday 5 February, marking the grand reopening of this important local route in improving connectivity between Wood Green town centre, the Cultural Quarter and Alexandra Palace.
Penstock Tunnel is a vital pedestrian link, connecting Wood Green and the Alexandra Gate development in the east with Alexandra Palace, its park and Hornsey in the west. The completed refurbishment represents a significant step forward in enhancing public spaces and improving access for residents, visitors and local businesses.
